We acknowledge software issues can happen due to environmental, network, and/or machine hardware variables. For your reassurance, all of our software is built with a component that tracks errors and crashes – and if one occurs – will automatically send what we call an ELF report – Error Log File. Two things happen in an ELF report: 1) the user receives a screen display asking them to send specific information to us, and 2) we are supplied with a screenshot of the location in the application where the user was working, and if possible the actual line of code that caused the problem. This double-information system helps ensure we receive all of the necessary technical information and feedback. We check every single ELF report as it is received as this helps make our software more stable and reliable. Should you receive an ELF report request, please return it promptly. We love to receive them!
