Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to the PDi Spirit LLC newsletter, we will send you the latest information regarding the range of products and services we offer. Our newsletter subscription service will just request your email address and name; you may unsubscribe from the service.
Download requests
If you request a trial version of one of our products, you will be required to complete a download request form; the information requested will be at least your name, company name, email address, postal address, telephone number, current version, Pastel dealer, use of the product and where you heard about PDi Spirit products. We will keep this information to email you details of upgrades, and tips on using the downloaded product during the trial period.
We will keep the information in our product mailing list after the trial period has expired; you can request to be removed at any time.
Contact forms
If you request support or more information via our website, the email will be forwarded to the required department and will only be used to complete your support request or process the required contact request information.

Suppose you have a valid product registration or have downloaded a trial version of the application; you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Google drive with PDi Document manager involves authenticating with your Google user name and password as part of the OAuth authentication flow. No documents uploaded to or downloaded from your Google drive are stored on our servers. Instead, downloaded documents are used within the Desktop application for you to assign to a PDi Document Manager depository as required; these files will be encrypted.
If authentication succeeds, your Google account identifier will be stored within the applications folder, and this information is encrypted. The Google account identifier will be used on subsequent requests to the Google Drive API. This information is used with the PDi Document manager application and will NOT be shared with any third parties.
Documents uploaded and document to Google Drive will NOT be shared with any third parties.
